Bhansali metals has mastered demanding manufacturing operations such as cold working (drawing) of products on standard drawing machines and continuous drawing lines. Rods and bars in all standard dimensions in compliance with international standards are manufactured. Special attention is paid to harder alloys, stress-free states of materials, free-cutting alloys (machining) and blanks.
The Black Bars available with us are manufactured using hot forming process. These mild steel black bars possess scale coating on the surface and is majorly used while welding applications. The steel is not considered ideal for making machining parts. These bars are available in different finishes and grades as per the requirements of clients.

Our precision quality bars are known for best machinability as they are made out of the most advanced and specially designed production line that maintains and gives consistent mechanical and chemical facts as per customer requirement. All the Black round bars are thoroughly checked for ultrasonic flaws and are packed using specially designed equipments using distance rings, which is then packed in plywood boxes.
